They say that high school
Is the best four years of your life
But it takes the world you once knew
Cuts it with a knife

You enter the building small and unsure
Not really knowing what's to come
All you know is what you've heard in stories
Not sure of your place in the maze of hallways

They say these are the best years of our lives.
Stressful schoolwork,
the frustration and pressure
to do your best, give your 110%

At first, the feeling was hard like a rock
But after all those times
Everything went as it was planned
Things were getting easier as it goes by

The next step was the happiest
Even there were so many hardships
I'm still standing with my head held high
Not as excited as the first one but still having fun

Tragedies came, teachers call for our 'rents
It's only a test of faith to make us brave
But there was a friend
Who is always there to help and understand

She made me feel better and happier
Comforted me in the hardest time of my life
Always there to make me laugh
And make me understand the meaning of life

But those, have come to an end
New building, new faces, new classmates
Everything was all new to me
It will be a huge roller coaster ride

She said, he said, they all said
That this junior year was the hardest
A matter of transition to another level
Of learning new things in life

Now your a junior and the excitement is back
You have your friends, you have your credits
The days were just starting
And the end is far from sight
